As part of their community outreach clinical rotation, eight nursing students from the University of Maryland will come to the Weinberg Y every Saturday from 9:30-11:30, starting from Saturday, Feb 14 through the end of April. They will be situated in the lobby and will provide free blood pressure screening, information and awareness around smoking cessation, hydration, diabetes, and other health topics for our members. They are also willing to support us during any other Y events that we organize for our members or for the community at Weinberg.
