The Y Afterschool Enrichment Program will be partnering with Rho Tau Lambda Charter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated to provide a Middle School Mentoring Program supports students in grades 6–8 by pairing them with caring mentors who provide consistent guidance throughout the school year. Mentors help students set goals, strengthen academic and social-emotional skills, and build confidence through regular one-on-one and small-group sessions. Activities focus on leadership, decision-making, communication, and staying engaged in school. The program creates a safe, supportive space where students feel heard and encouraged, helping them grow and prepare for next level success.
